Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a refund or exchange.
✅ Eligibility
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• Certain items (e.g., personalised, custom-made, or final sale items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
⏳ Return Period
• You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you’d like to return.
• Once notified, you then have an additional 14 days to send the item(s) back.
• Altogether, you may have up to 28 days from delivery to complete the return process.
• For items purchased in-store (if applicable), we accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
💷 Refunds
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
📦 Exchanges
• If you’d like to exchange for a different size, colour, or item, please let us know when requesting your return.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
• Personalised or custom-made products
• Gift cards/vouchers
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
• Intimate goods (e.g., earrings, undergarments, swimwear) for hygiene reasons
🚚 Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
